Job requirements Role Summary:

You will provide expertise in calculation/automation analysis to support client implementations and daily operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism. The role includes leadership within the analyst community for technical matters, knowledge transfer, and mentorship. This is a hybrid position, working from any UK Aptia office or remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet business requirements and client implementation needs accurately and promptly, following standards and procedures.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into clear documentation and specifications.
3. Develop testing strategies and conduct testing to ensure high-quality outputs.
4. Work with stakeholders to identify necessary functional changes to products and processes, and document these changes.
5. Support and mentor colleagues within the Technology Solutions teams.
6. Assist the Implementations Team Leader in promoting best practices.
7. Lead analysis of client solutions, standards, tools, and frameworks through technical forums or projects.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in administering or programming complex pension calculations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work within frameworks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing demands.
• Deep technical knowledge of pensions and legislation.
• Good understanding of pensions administration software.
