Senior Implementation Consultant

Project manage software implementations, from pre-sales to final delivery Manage relationships with key stakeholders at clients Work in conjunction with other members of the Professional Services and Client Services teams to deliver the full suite of Commcise products and services to clients Work independently at times to coordinate and monitor delivery activities across multiple projects at once Work with the Product Management Group on internal feature design, testing and sprint planning Support clients in their ongoing usage of our software and help to define enhancement requirements Providing product consulting support to Commcise Sales teams in the US and Europe 7+ years of demonstrable experience of customer-facing implementation, consulting, or project management roles (software implementation a bonus) A growth mindset - we're looking for someone who embraces challenges, is persistent, adaptable and responds well to constructive feedback Evidence of strong working relationships with client stakeholders of varying seniorities and disciplines (across Technology and Business focused functions) Proficiency in SQL and Excel Ability to produce high-quality material solution summary documents, considering client needs and required deliverables Strong organisational ability to balance various, multi-week projects, anticipate problems and task manage others Strong understanding of general project management / governance approaches Well-organised, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise documentation in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with Asset Management (not a pre-requisite); we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong delivery record and an ability to learn new concepts Knowledge of SaaS technologies Experience of workshop design / facilitation
