Role

As an implementation consultant within their services team, you will be the client's primary point of contact. You will lead customers through onboarding and implement low-code solutions to meet business needs. You will help clients configure the platform, integrate data, manage REST APIs, and roll out updates. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance business processes and prior software implementation experience.

Your core responsibilities include customer onboarding, developing migration strategies from legacy systems, and conducting one-on-one sessions to customise the platform based on client needs. Your success in this role is measured by key KPIs, such as productivity, client satisfaction, and the completion of successful implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation for the insurance industry
• Technical familiarity with HTML, APIs, REST, and data configuration
• Proven track record with packaged software and core systems in a fast-paced environment
• Able to understand and manage low-code platforms
• Fluency in Dutch and English
