Senior IFA Paraplanner / Senior IFA Support, Hitchin / Stevenage Up to &;45,000 + Benefits Hybrid

An excellent opportunity has arisen with an established, local financial planning firm in the Hitchin / Stevenage area for an experienced IFA Support professional or Paraplanner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 5+ years' experience within the IFA sector who is looking for a long-term role, excellent earning potential and genuine flexibility.

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years' experience within the IFA / Financial Planning sector
• Ideally Level 4 qualified, or close to achieving Level 4
• Strong experience in IFA administration, technical support and/or paraplanning
• Confident using AI and modern technology
• Excellent attention to detail and strong technical knowledge
• Confident and professional personality
• Comfortable dealing with advisers, clients and colleagues
• Looking to remain in a Senior Support / Paraplanning role long term
• Mature, reliable and able to work independently

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Hybrid working - initially 4 days per week in the office while settling into the role, with the opportunity to move to a more flexible hybrid arrangement as trust and relationships develop
