Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, people-focused environment? As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Manager to drive strategic HR priorities in the UK and cross-border HR initiatives across our expanding European footprint. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our people strategy and culture at a pivotal time in our journey.
As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational HR leadership while spearheading key projects across multiple geographies.
We're looking for someone who understands life sciences consulting environments and thrives in dynamic fast-paced settings. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the HR strategic initiatives aligned with the company's growth and transformation agenda.
- Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies, processes, and frameworks to support business expansion including performance and salary reviews.
- Provide expert guidance on UK employment relations, ensuring compliance with labour regulations while enhancing employee experience.
- Work with local partners to provide guidance on European employee relations
- Create a strategic talent acquisition framework to attract and hire top talent, providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Identify development needs and implement management training programs to drive excellence.
- Support post-acquisition HR integration across multiple geographies.
- Partner with business leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in our values.
- Coach managers on performance management, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Champion an inclusive and engaging work environment that prioritises employee well-being and engagement.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on key HR metrics.
- Oversee HR administrative staff based outside the UK.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in HR management roles in life sciences consulting or other fast-paced pharma biotech environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and expertise in employee relations; EuropeanHR experience is desired.
- Experience in HR policies design , organisational development and change management.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of agile leadership principles is a bonus.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with passion for driving positive changede - demonstrating Respect for all, creating meaningful Impact , fostering Strength through collaboration, and striving for Excellence in everything you do.
