Senior HRBP: Hybrid UK Leader Shaping People Strategy

Ultra Electronics Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda across the UK operations. This role involves strategic thinking, alongside immediately addressable priorities while collaborating with the Global HR Team and UK Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HRBP experience, preferably within complex or multi-site environments, and possess strong knowledge of UK employment law. Flexibility in working arrangements is encouraged, and travel may be required across locations.
