Senior HRBP: Employee Relations & Safeguarding

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to lead a team of HR Business Partners and to own complex employee relations matters. You will also act as the senior link between HR and safeguarding, handling LADO referrals and allegations against staff.

Based at Belper, with hybrid site travel to homes and schools, you will report to the HR Director and contribute to strategic people decisions while driving fair, safeguarding-aligned outcomes.
