Senior HRBP - Europe (Hybrid)

Ashdown Group is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner in the City of London. This role offers £80,000 plus benefits, with hybrid working (3 days in the office). You will provide strategic and operational HR expertise across multiple European locations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial services, excellent stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of regulatory requirements, including SMCR/FMCR. This is an excellent opportunity to influence and shape the people agenda within a growing organisation.
