Senior HR Partner (Contract-to-Perm) - Engineering, Cirencester

Matchtech is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis to join their dynamic team near Cirencester. This initial 12-month contract has strong potential for conversion to a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

The successful candidate will manage HR operations for a team of about 80 employees and collaborate with senior management on aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Ideal candidates have extensive HR experience, particularly in engineering, and hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification.
