Senior HR Business Partner, Director

A prestigious global investment management firm is seeking an experienced International HR Business Partner to join its team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This strategic role will support two key business units across EMEA, London, US and Hong Kong.

4 days in the London office/1 day working from home

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR initiatives
• Provide expert guidance on organisational design, talent management, and employee relations
• Support business transformation and change management efforts
• Collaborate across global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a senior HRBP at Director level within financial services and matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to navigate complex organisational structures
• Available for an immediate or near-term start
