  • Champion organisational development, design, and change management initiatives to enable business growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) while executing key HR initiatives across performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of senior HRBP experience in global, medium to large organisations (1,000+ employees) with a stable career history.
  • Background in professional services (e.g., finance, law) and experience partnering directly with technology client groups.
  • Exceptional matrix stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments.

  • Fully CIPD Level7 qualified and/or holds an MSc in Human Resources.
Location & Working Conditions

  • Private medical insurance providing premium care.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Funding up to £5,000 for external qualifications.
  • Access to gym, restaurant, learning loft, and other office amenities.
