Senior HR Business Partner - Generalist

£400 per day, Inside IR35

Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week

This is a broad generalist HR Business Partnering role, supporting the Head of HR and providing senior-level HR advice across the organisation.

The role would suit an experienced HRBP who is comfortable operating at a senior level and providing pragmatic advice across the full range of HR and employee relations matters.

Key areas are likely to include:

• Providing strategic and operational HR advice to senior managers
• Supporting the Head of HR across a range of workforce priorities
• Complex employee relations and people management matters
• Organisational change, restructures and workforce planning
• Performance, absence, conduct and capability
• Advising managers on employment policy and best practice
• Applying employment legislation and ACAS principles
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Providing commercially aware and pragmatic HR solutions
