Senior HR Business Partner

Overview

I am working exclusively with a national wealth management firm on a pivotal HR appointment.

This is a specialist role that combines strong Employee Relations expertise with proven Learning & Development leadership. The successful candidate will:

• Handle complex and sensitive ER matters with confidence
• Design and embed L&D programmes suited to the growth stage of SMEs and scale-ups
• Partner closely with the HR Director and Leadership Group to safeguard the organisation while enabling performance and culture

Responsibilities Qualifications / Requirements

• We are specifically looking for someone with genuine scale-up or consolidator experience - comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and change. The role is likely to suit someone who have previously thrived in SME/scale-up environments.

Package & flexibility

• Salary: c.£65,000 + bonus
• Remote role, with quarterly travel to London (expenses paid)
