Job Description
Lex Consultancy is seeking an experienced Assistant Principal - HR Consultant for a maternity leave cover in Dublin. The role provides senior advisory and operational support across People & Culture, Facilities and Corporate Services, with hybrid working arrangements (3 days on-site, 2 days from home).
The successful candidate will deliver strategic HR advice, governance oversight and continuity, guiding HR staff and senior management while coordinating with the Principal Officer.
