We're partnering with a well-established, global SME within the creative sector, looking to hire a Senior HR Generalist to support their UK population, reporting into the HR Manager.

This is a true generalist role with a broad remit across the full employee lifecycle, offering the opportunity to take ownership while remaining hands on in a dynamic and evolving environment.

The business is looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in change and is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy. While part of a wider team, this role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and confidently manage day to day HR operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
• Supporting payroll through a third party provider
• Leading on employee relations
• Supporting restructures and redundancy processes
• Driving improvements across HR processes, policies and systems
• Supporting recruitment and wider people initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within an SME environment
• Solid ER experience, including exposure to restructures
• A hands on, solutions focused approach with the ability to work independently
• Someone dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable in a changing environment
