Senior HR Advisor - ER, Absence & Change (Hybrid)

SF Partners are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role provides practical HR advice to managers and employees across employee relations and people matters, in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has ER experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and CIPD status, with the ability to coach managers and manage sickness absence and occupational health processes.
