The ideal candidate will have a horticultural qualification and 3-5 years of hands-on experience in gardening and landscaping. Responsibilities include routine garden maintenance, compliance with health and safety standards, and teamwork to exceed client expectations. A clean driving license and the ability to work in various weather conditions are essential. A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a love for plants are required for this position.
