Senior HLTA: Trauma-Informed Learning Lead

Red Kite School in Princes Risborough is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to lead lessons and run interventions for pupils with SEMH needs. The role supports pupils to re-engage with education in a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment.

You will deliver learning activities, cover classes when needed, mentor other TAs and work with teachers and therapists to ensure consistent support. Start January 2027; permanent contract, 40 hours/week.
