We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Service and Maintenance Engineer specialising in renewable heating at Eco Installer & Service Ltd. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of maintaining high-quality renewable heating solutions.
The right candidate will be carrying out routine servicing and maintenance of Air Source Heat pumps (mainly NIBE, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Samsung and Daikin's) to the highest standards as accurate service reports will need completing during the service. This is a great opportunity for career progression within the business.
Responsibilities
Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of heat pumps.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Provide expert advice to customers on system operation and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to deliver excellent customer service experience
Stay updated on the latest renewable energy technologies and industry best practices.
Keen to grow the service customer base
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
Competent with electrics and heating hydraulics
Relevant certifications or licenses in heating or plumbing are required.
