Senior GTM Talent Partner - Hire for Impact

Sona is seeking a recruiter to champion hiring across our UK GTM team, mainly AEs and BDRs, partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders. You will manage end-to-end hiring, identify top candidates, and drive a data driven approach to build robust pipelines that align with our growth trajectory.

You will operate in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with a focus on speed and quality, leveraging AI tools and a strong outbound strategy to source diverse, high caliber candidates for a rapidly expanding
