Key Responsibilities:
As the Global Brand Programme Lead, you will:

1. Align the brand programme with business objectives and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
2. Connect and orchestrate multiple workstreams to drive collaboration and meet shared outcomes.
3. Engage senior stakeholders and leadership teams, helping them act as visible sponsors of the brand programme.
4. Integrate the brand programme into business-as-usual activities to reinforce a consistent global experience.
5. Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and establish performance metrics to measure success.
6. Oversee the Programme Management Office (PMO) for this initiative.

1. A proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex global brand and marketing programmes.
2. Managed teams globally.
3. Expertise in programme management methods, budget planning, and data analysis.
4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, MS Office, and Base Camp.
6. A strong foundation in logistics and strategic thinking.
