AWS is seeking an exceptional sales and business development leader specializing in AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers across France.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Lead the AWS AI Business for your assigned verticals and sub-industries across France.
  2. Accelerate customer adoption by defining and implementing domain-specific GTM and Sales strategies within your assigned sub-verticals, leveraging AWS Sales and our partner ecosystem.
  3. Build trust with executives, data scientists, developers, line of business and C-suite leaders, using your soft skills and technical expertise to solve their most compelling business problems.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling ROI and business cases to drive adoption of AWS Gen AI solutions.
  5. Act as the front line within your accounts for all specialist customer engagement in your tech domain.
  6. Create and articulate compelling value propositions addressing specific customer needs.
  7. Co-develop GTM motions on new product launches and collaborate with product teams on creating innovative new services.
  8. Partner with system integrators and developers to deliver on customer projects.
  9. Spearhead market expansion by identifying new customer segments and Gen AI use cases.
  10. Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen AWS's Gen AI value proposition.
  11. Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmaps and improve customer experience.
  12. Drive sales efforts spanning multiple lines of business with decision-making authority and budget ownership.

- 12+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to senior stakeholders or C-level executives.

- Experience in account management with solution sales skills and product management experience.

- Experience working with Data Scientists, AI Developers, and Machine Learning professionals.

- 5+ years in AI sales or business development.

- Extensive domain knowledge of AI from a business perspective.

- Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Q for Business, Q for Dev, etc.).

- Entrepreneurial or startup experience.

- Experience speaking at conferences and events.

- Experience in consulting or large, complex organizations.

- Bachelor's degree.
