Senior Fund Operations and Settlements Executive

Investment Fund Operations and Settlements Executive is required to join a growing Investment Management business. Offering a salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, this is a position based in London with hybrid working.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role involves joining a growing Fund Operations and Data function in a senior (but non-management) capacity, helping to guide and upskill junior team members. Responsibilities include corporate actions, reporting, and assisting with settlement operations. The role requires strong Excel skills, ideally with VBA or Python, and experience within the buy side is essential.

Key requirements:

• 5-6 years of investment, fund operations, or middle office experience.
• Extensive settlements experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros.
