The Role

As a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) Supply Chain Consultant, you'll deliver high-quality, end-to-end implementations for multinational clients across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Logistics. You'll advise on best practices, lead functional workshops, and play a key role in cross-border rollouts-all while continuously growing your expertise in supply chain transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules for large international projects
• Advising clients on supply chain best practices and process optimisation
• Leading workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
• Driving ERP implementations using a structured project methodology
• Collaborating with internal and client stakeholders across regions
• Supporting pre-sales efforts with demos, solution proposals, and presentations
• Coaching junior consultants and sharing your expertise across the team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of ERP consulting experience - Dynamics 365 F&O - Ideally including SCM
• Track record of leading at least 2 international full-cycle ERP implementations
• Experience across supply chain modules (e.g., procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics)
• Background in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or Engineering
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages a strong advantage)
• Willingness to travel globally for project delivery
• A team player with a proactive, customer-centric mindset
