We're seeking motivated and proactive professionals (8- 14 years of experience) in Financial Services or Consulting, passionate aboutapplying Agentic AI and first-principles thinking to transform Retail andCommercial Banking. Ideal candidates will have a solid background as a BusinessAnalyst/Product owner, a strong understanding of banking products &processes, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Experience in Agentic AI is a plus, but not a must-have.

This role blends business analysis, solution design, andclient consulting to help leading banks translate business needs intoactionable AI capabilities and AI potential into measurable business value. Youwill play a pivotal role in translating business needs into AI-enabledcapabilities and AI potential into measurable business value drivingtransformation across retail lending, deposits, onboarding, customer service,business banking, and more

Key Responsibilities:

• Applyfirst-principles thinking to deconstruct complex business challenges inRetail and Commercial Banking and design scalable, innovative solutions.
  
• Bringdeep industry understanding of banking products, processes, and customerjourneys to every engagement.
  
• Leadand facilitate client discussions and workshops to uncover pain points,align stakeholders, and co-create future-state journeys.
  
• Demonstratecreative and structured problem-solving to conceptualize innovativesolutions across multiple workstreams.
  
• Manageand deliver multiple parallel deliverables - from business requirementdocuments and user stories to client presentations and prototypes.
  
• Serveas a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clarity, alignment,and impact across teams.
  
• Writehigh-quality business specifications and translate ideas into actionablesteps for development and implementation.
  
• Collaborateclosely with AI, product, and engineering teams to design and orchestratecontextual, responsive, and scalable solutions.
  
• Communicateconfidently and proactively with clients and senior leadership, ensuringtransparency and trust throughout the engagement.
  
• Cultivatea mindset of continuous learning, staying ahead of emerging tools,frameworks, and trends in AI-driven transformation.
  
• Ownoutcomes and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all clientengagements.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-14 years of experience in Financial Services or Consulting, with exposure to Retailand/or Commercial Banking domains.
  
• Bachelor'sdegree
  
• Stronggrasp of banking products and operations, with ability to connect industrychallenges to innovative solutions.
  
• Curiosityand techno-functional aptitude - eager to learn concepts like Agentic AI,RAG, MCP, Knowledge Graphs, etc.
  
• Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, and storytelling abilities.
  
• Adaptableand comfortable with fast-paced, multi-threaded environments.
