About the Job

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll help design, build, and scale the core components of our sustainability insights platform. From developing intuitive frontend interfaces to implementing performance backend services, you'll be instrumental in delivering end-to-end solutions that are both elegant and impactful. Working closely with product, data, and design teams, you'll turn complex user needs into smooth, user-centric experiences. This is a hands-on engineering role with real-world impact in a fast-moving environment where sustainability meets technology.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in fullstack development, with strong exposure to both frontend and backend technologies
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue
• Solid backend development skills using Python (FastAPI or Django preferred)
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and CI/CD practices
• A solid understanding of API design, authentication, and integration patterns
• An eye for usability and performance, with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with agile workflows and cross-functional product development
• A passion for building scalable tools that contribute to a more sustainable world
