Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Enablement Team

Location: UK Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months

Position Overview

We are assembling a high-impact AI Enablement Team focused on accelerating software development through the strategic use of AI tools and pipelines. Unlike traditional AI teams, this group will not be building models from scratch. Instead, they will leverage existing AI capabilities to enhance engineering workflows and drive efficiency across a diverse portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a globally distributed team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Lead development efforts on a priority platform requiring rapid prototyping and backend architecture.
• Integrate AI-assisted coding tools into development pipelines to achieve significant automation and code generation before handoff to broader engineering teams.
• Work across a wide range of tech stacks and product domains, adapting quickly to new environments and requirements.
• Take initiative in decision-making and problem-solving, operating with minimal oversight.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in either .NET or Java and React.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices; experience with GitHub and GitHub Copilot integration is a plus.
• Cloud-agnostic mindset with the ability to work across various platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
• Pragmatic approach to engineering challenges with a bias for action and adaptability.
• Ability to read and understand code in multiple languages and quickly ramp up on unfamiliar tech stacks.
