As we scale, we are seeking aSenior Full Stack Engineerto help build reliable, scalable software that powers smarter decisions in agriculture.

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll take ownership of end-to-end product features across our platform, working across the stack withReact & Typescript (frontend),Go & Python (backend), and deploying onGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP). You will contribute to architectural decisions, and help scale a data-intensive, high-impact product.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain web applications and APIs usingGo, andPython
• Design scalable backend systems to process data from various integrations.
• Lead technical decisions and contribute to software architecture planning
• Build secure, high-performance cloud-native services (preferably onGCP)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps initiatives
• Collaborate with data scientists, and product managers to deliver business-critical features
• Help shape engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full stack development experience in production environments
• Advanced proficiency inReact, Typescript,GoorPython
• Deep understanding of API design (REST, SOAP)
• Experience working withcloud platforms-GCP strongly preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, Firestore, MongoDB, BigQuery, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience scaling distributed systems or data platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in agriculture, environmental tech, or sustainability
• Prior experience at an early-stage or scaling startup

£40k - £55k+ based on experience
