WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Senior Data Analyst at Carrots Lab, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring data-driven product development. Your responsibilities include:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical oversight and leadership to major projects, ensuring data-driven decisions guide our product development.
• User Insights: Collaborate with the Product Team to build a common understanding of user behavior, acquisition strategies, and user personas.
• Opportunity Identification: Work with the Project lead to identify key opportunities for product growth and verify the effectiveness of introduced changes.
• Business Insights: Understand business needs and produce insightful analyses for internal teams to support decision-making.
• KPI Reporting: Take ownership of KPI reporting, creating customized tools or using available ones.
• Business Strategy: Partner with the commercial team to drive client strategy and direction.
• AB Testing: Support the process of AB testing features, from metric selection to analyzing results and providing recommendations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust relationships with key business stakeholders.

WHAT YOU HAVE

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Leadership: Experience leading data analysis projects and providing technical oversight (Data Lead or Senior Analyst).
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in mobile app analytics, with a strong focus on Firebase.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python (5+ years of experience).
• Visualization Tools: Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI and DataStudio.
• Data Science: Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies.
• Ads Experience: Experience with Ads channels like Google, Meta or Tiktok and building measurement plans and tracking for apps like Appsflyer, Adjust or other attribution tools.
• BigQuery: Experience in using BigQuery for raw Google Analytics data processing and analysis.
• Data Expertise: Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing/lakes.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a changing environment, navigate ambiguity, and bring clarity and structure.

NICE TO HAVE

While not mandatory, the following qualities would be advantageous:

• Previous Data Lead Role: Experience in a data lead role or leading data analysis teams.
• Google Cloud Platform: Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Google Environment: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Marketing Platform.
• Agile/Scrum: Experience designing and implementing features within an Agile/Scrum methodology.
