Senior Front of House Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Front of House Coordinator to join our warm and welcoming team at one of London's most iconic skyscrapers. As part of a historic 2.2-acre estate, you'll help manage two busy reception areas, greeting a wide range of visitors - from healthcare professionals to international guests and diners - with professionalism and personality.

You will be joining a diverse and close-knit team of 5, where everyone is valued and supported. With over 80 clients across various industries, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your front of house expertise, build meaningful connections, and make a real impact every day in a landmark building that plays a key role in the heart of the city.

Type of contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression.
• Manage visitor registrations efficiently using our Visitor Management System.
• Handle incoming calls with confidence and clarity, ensuring every caller feels valued.
• Respond to guest queries and ad hoc requests with flexibility and a solution-focused mindset.
• Support the Front of House team by fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Assist the line manager in achieving KPIs and SLAs through innovative and results-driven actions.
• Champion the Rapport culture by living our values and reflecting them in everyday interactions.
