Senior FP&A Leader - Group Strategy & Insights (Hybrid)

Whitbread PLC in Dunstable is seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Group FP&A to lead planning, performance reporting and analysis. You will deliver monthly and external reporting, drive insights for the Exec Committee and Board, and manage a four-person team in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with senior Finance, Investor Relations, and Executive Committee members to provide clear insights, influence strategic decisions and showcase leadership across the finance function.
