Senior Fixed Income Investment Product Specialist, Asset Management, London

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the fixed income investment directors and investment teams to develop a strong understanding of investment strategies and market positioning
• Will act as the lead expert for fixed income products and investment strategies coverage, working with for internal business partners and selectively for client engagement
• Will drive investment narrative to support the investment directors team in delivering fixed income subject matter expertise at client meetings, conferences, events and other external engagements
• Helping to drive key messages to and product positioning to differentiate the firms fixed income capabilities and solutions across regions
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing to facilitate the sales strategy, marketing approach and client requirements
• Will contribute to the analysis of market trends and competitive landscape to understand investor requirements and how these impact the firms fixed income capabilities
• Contributes to the overall strategy of the firms fixed income capabilities, including new product strategy ideas
• Enhance the relationships with key internal stakeholders across regions including Europe, Asia and the US

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• CFA or Masters preferred
• 10 + years plus experience within in asset management within an investment specialist/product strategy role
• Proven in depth fixed income knowledge
• Excellent presentation skills and communication with ability to articulate complex investment strategies
