Lorien's UK leading Insurance firm is seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Professional to join on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of capital plans, input into climate risk management and scenario testing.
• Maintain risk frameworks and reporting aligned with regulatory and business needs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Financial Risk team.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Strong understanding of Solvency II, capital modelling/management, and investment or economic risk.
• Experience in first- or second-line risk functions.
• Ability to engage at senior levels and influence governance and decision-making.
