Senior Financial Analyst - EMEA (Commercial Finance and FP&A)

Location: Frimley (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)

Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking to take the lead in strategic planning and decision support? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global manufacturing business as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting their EMEA operations.

This role is not your typical month-end reporting position-you'll be a trusted partner to commercial stakeholders, driving analysis and insight that directly shapes business performance across international markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Short-Term Forecasting (STF) processes for unit sales and margins across EMEA
  • Deliver deep-dive analysis and clear insights to commercial teams and senior leadership
  • Act as a business partner to regional sales leaders, providing data-led challenge and recommendations
  • Own and manage sales and margin reporting systems (SAP, Cognos/TM1)
  • Support high-level presentations for executive stakeholders, including VP-level finance and sales leaders
  • Maintain and develop planning/reporting tools for improved visibility and accuracy

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' experience in financial or management accounting, with a strong focus on FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
  • Advanced Excel skills; exposure to SAP and TM1/Cognos Planning highly beneficial
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience in a large, complex, or matrixed environment preferred

What's on Offer:

  • £55,000 - £67,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • Private healthcare
  • 6% employer pension contribution
  • Hybrid working with flexibility (2-3 days in the office)
  • Exposure to a large international business with long-term development opportunities
