Want to see us in action? Follow us on We are looking for a Senior Finance Operations Analystto join our Financial Operations & Control team. To be successful in this role you'll have a strong understanding of the reconciliation process, these will include external bank accounts, general ledger and product account reconciliations. This role would suit best someone who is passionate about process excellence and enjoys routine task-based and process-driven work, takes great pride in the quality of output, and has strong attention to details. Our Finance team is growing at pace so you'll have a clear ability to build effective and influential relationships within Finance and other Zopa teams. Our team are self-starting problem solvers, agile and thrive on bringing past experiences to a diverse range of challenges. You'll be part of an impressive Zopa team, who are super collaborative and happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in whatever needs doing to achieve their goals! A day in the life: 
- Take ownership for completing daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks timely and accurately
- Complete all reconciliations processes and ensure timely resolution of reconciliation breaks whilst adhering to internal policies and procedures
- Process adhoc manual payment request and daily funding movements
- Maintain operational procedures to ensure these are accurate and up-to-date
- Adhere to control frameworks and policies, ensuring that controls are operated effectively
- Support the wider Finance Operations & Control team with ad-hoc work as and when needed
- Be actively involved in Finance related process improvement initiatives
- You'll have experience with reconciliations ideally within financial services
- Strong numeric/analytical and spreadsheet skills.
- Have great attention to details and take pride in the quality of your work.
- Be able to work independently and take initiative.
- You'll have the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst working accurately with attention to detail, and keeping yourself and the team organised.
- Finally, you'll have a passion for excellence and innovation to continually improve processes.
- Experience of Blackline, NetSuite and/or Infor Sun Systems is advantageous
