Key Responsibilities

Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Provide strategic business partnering support to core stakeholders

Oversee statutory accounts preparation and ensure compliance with charity regulations

Manage the year-end process, liaising with auditors and trustees

Identify and deliver process improvements across finance operations

Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth

Proven experience working within the charity sector
