Senior Finance Consultant (AX)

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) implementations, focusing on financial modules for large-scale international projects.
• Translate finance requirements into robust, scalable solutions that align with best practices and business goals.
• Guide clients through every stage of the implementation lifecycle - from discovery and design to deployment and support.
• Ensure delivery excellence using a structured project methodology, with a keen eye on timelines, risks, and quality.
• Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Play a visible role in pre-sales, including solution presentations and scope definition.
• Travel regularly across Europe to work onsite with clients during key project phases.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) and financial modules.
• Proven track record as lead consultant on at least five full lifecycle implementations, ideally involving multiple countries.
• Solid background in finance or accounting, either professionally or academically.
• Experience working in international, fast-paced environments.
• Confident in pre-sales conversations and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
• Comfortable with regular European travel (approx. 30-50% depending on project phase).
• Self-motivated, client-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
