Job Overview

The Senior Finance Business Partner will drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency, collaborating with executive team members to provide insights, analysis, and leadership to optimize capital allocation and costs to maximize enterprise value.

This role involves understanding business strategies, conducting financial analysis, supporting financial planning, ensuring cost controls, and assisting with M&A integration.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsibilities will evolve to support strategic priorities. Major areas include:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessments.
• Implement strategies into planning models and include results in board reports.
• Analyze P&L and KPI performance, explaining variances and future impacts.
• Present results to leadership, banks, and investors.
• Track contract and invoice terms for cash flow clarity.
• Support banking covenants and refinancing data requirements.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with international statutory reporting analysis.

2. Commercial Strategy & Financial Management

• Develop strategies to optimize capital and support company goals.
• Align financial and commercial objectives with management.
• Maintain data hygiene across systems.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and M&A.

3. Business Intelligence

• Create data-driven insights and actions.
• Optimize system landscape for actionable data.
• Mentor BI analysts.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and collaborate across the organization.
• Promote growth mindset and continuous improvement.
• Foster a cost-conscious culture.

Skills, Education & System Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, etc.).
• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with FP&A tools and finance processes.

Experience:
