Senior Field Marketing Manager

Role Summary

As a Field Marketing Lead for Clio EMEA, you will develop and execute event and field marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and generate qualified leads across the UK and Ireland. Your work will support the sales pipeline, strengthen customer engagement, and gather market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional field marketing initiatives, webinars, and customer engagement programs within budget and timelines.
• Develop creative, localised campaigns that address the specific challenges and opportunities of the UK and Irish legal markets.
• Set and measure clear goals for each program, including lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
• Align regularly with Sales through bi weekly meetings and shared planning to ensure consistent objectives and follow up.
• Manage effective communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Partner with Clio's content and PR agency to strengthen regional messaging and visibility.
• Support strategic industry and partner events, handling end to end logistics, vendor coordination, and on site or virtual delivery.
• Represent Clio with professionalism when engaging partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Track and report on campaign and event performance, providing insights to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Hands on experience executing field marketing programs, webinars, and virtual events.
• Strong project management, organisational, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and external partners.
• Comfort with using data to measure and optimise marketing performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive, self starter attitude.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging campaigns and event experiences.
• Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Salesforce, and Looker.
• Willing to travel occasionally (up to 40%) for regional events across the UK and Ireland.
• Bonus: Legal industry knowledge or experience, particularly within the UK or Irish market; familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, and Looker.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive, equitable salary in the range €74,900 - €101,300 EUR, with potential for incremental growth based on performance.
