The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving regional marketing strategy and execution across the UK. This is a highly hands-on role for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-growing SaaS environments and knows how to build pipeline, elevate brand presence, and drive measurable impact.

You will work closely with regional sales leadership, global marketing teams, partners, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing programs aligned to revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional field marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets.
  • Translate global campaigns into impactful, locally relevant programs.
  • Own regional marketing plans, budget management, forecasting, and reporting.
Demand Generation & ABM
  • Design and execute high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in collaboration with sales.
  • Drive pipeline acceleration and customer expansion initiatives.
  • Optimize performance through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Events & Experiential Marketing
  • Lead planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including:
    • Industry conferences
    • Executive roundtables
    • Customer events
    • Partner activations
  • Ensure measurable ROI and strong sales alignment for all events.
Brand & Market Presence
  • Build and strengthen ARIS brand visibility in the UK.
  • Collaborate with PR teams and agencies to drive regional media coverage and thought leadership.
  • Identify speaking opportunities, award submissions, and strategic partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Global Campaigns teams.
  • Act as the regional marketing expert, bringing market insights and customer feedback to global stakeholders.
  • Support channel and alliance marketing initiatives where relevant.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7-8 years of experience in field marketing within fast-growing SaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record of delivering regional marketing strategies across the UK.
  • Experience in process intelligence, process mining, AI, or enterprise technology strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in:
    • Event strategy and execution
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
    • Regional PR and communications
    • Pipeline generation and revenue impact
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align marketing initiatives to sales outcomes.
  • Experience working in high-growth, matrixed, global environments.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
  • Based in the UK
