Job Description

Location: Mayfair, London (with 1 day WFH flexibility)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Upto £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This is a complex, multi-client portfolio with varied expectations and competing priorities. To succeed, you'll need to be robust, solution-focused, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day facilities management across 7 commercial buildings

Balance the needs of multiple clients, tenants, and stakeholders

Oversee contractor management, planned/reactive maintenance, and building operations

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards

Manage service charge budgets and contribute to financial reporting

Act as a key point of contact for tenants, ensuring high levels of service delivery

Coordinate inspections, audits, and ensure all statutory requirements are met

About You:

Proven experience in commercial facilities management, ideally with a managing agent

Skilled in budget management, compliance, and contractor oversight

Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and building regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to manage expectations and resolve issues calmly and professionally

Adaptable, highly organised, and capable of juggling multiple priorities

Ambitious and ready to step up into a senior-level position
