Job Description

BMT is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Senior Facilities Officer to oversee its UK offices, primarily based from the Fareham office, with travel to other sites as needed. The role blends hands-on facilities work with strategic oversight to ensure safety, compliance, and a welcoming workplace.

You will coordinate with Health & Safety, Security, IT and facilities teams, manage contractors and records, and drive continuous improvement in office environments.
