Noble Recruiting is hiring a Senior Export Manager for a well-established freight forwarding company in Basildon. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing business with a friendly, well-managed team.

The role:

• Manage and supervise the Export and Cross Trade team
• Oversee processes to meet weekly deadlines
• Handle global forwarding cargo (FCL & LCL) and export consolidations
• Manage department P&L and liaise with warehouse and import teams
• Deliver solutions to customer queries

What you need:

• Export shipping, ocean freight, and cross-trade experience
• Supervisor/team leader background in freight forwarding
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
• UK resident with the right to work (no visa sponsorship)
