Job Description
3Search, part of 11 Investments, is expanding its Executive Search proposition and is seeking experienced Executive Search Partners to lead senior-level searches across marketing, digital, and commercial disciplines.
You'll work directly with clients at C-suite level, manage high-value assignments, and shape our executive offering while benefiting from unlimited holiday, a competitive commission structure, and hybrid working (typically 2 days/week in Soho).
