Job Overview

The Senior Event Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile brand activations, large-scale conferences, and immersive live experiences. This role demands a high level of creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work as a strategic partner to our clients, leading internal teams and specialist vendors to deliver events that don't just meet expectations but redefine them.

Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Logistics
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including detailed site plans, production timelines, and complex logistics.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of event production: venue selection, technical build, on-site operation, and derig.
  • Coordinate all third-party supplier services including high-end catering, entertainment, design and print, transport, and accommodation.
Client & Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for world-renowned brands, building trust through expert advice and clear proactive communication.
  • Translate client goals into creative reality, ensuring all production elements align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage post-event evaluations to ensure total client satisfaction and identify areas for future innovation.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
  • Identify and negotiate with premium vendors to secure the best value, highest standards, and absolute reliability.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and ensure all suppliers comply with strict terms, conditions, and safety standards.
Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead project teams.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work environment.
Commercial & Budgetary Oversight
  • Develop and manage multi-layered event budgets, ensuring consistent margins and agency profitability.
  • Track all expenses with precision and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify strategic cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of the experience.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in event production, preferably in a senior agency-side role.
  • Expertise: Proven track record of managing large-scale events and complex budgets.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational and project management abilities with a "solution-first" mindset.
  • Technical: Proficiency in modern event management software and a deep understanding of current industry trends (Sustainability, Hybrid Tech, AI).
  • Communication: Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Full drivers licence required.
