Are you an experienced Senior Estimator ready to take on a pivotal role with a leading national grounds maintenance provider?
We're seeking a commercially astute professional to join our client's team, bringing strong estimating expertise to support large-scale bids and contracts across the UK.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility in location, with some national travel required to meet client and project needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the estimating process for grounds maintenance contracts across the UK.
Preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially viable tenders.
Working closely with operations, commercial, and business development teams.
Engaging directly with clients to understand requirements and scope.
Supporting business growth through innovative and cost-effective solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Senior Estimator , ideally within grounds maintenance, landscaping, facilities management or a related sector.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance competitiveness with profitability.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
