We're now looking for a Senior Estate, Property & Facilities Management to play a critical role in safeguarding government estates, influencing national security resilience, and shaping modern workplace environments.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the Operational Physical Security Team, you'll:

  • Lead security assurance across a portfolio of government sites
  • Act as the trusted advisor on physical security, supporting incident management and investigations
  • Conduct security audits, health checks, and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and solutions
  • Drive compliance with HMG security standards across stakeholders and supply chains
  • Design and deliver supplier audits, tabletop exercises, and assurance programmes
  • Build strong partnerships across client departments, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Support the development and implementation of security policy and processes

You will be the bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to physical security.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident, collaborative professional who can influence, challenge, and deliver.

Essential Experience
  • Security audits, compliance assessments, or assurance reviews
  • Working in multi-client or complex service environments
  • Stakeholder and supplier management
  • Translating business needs into practical security solutions
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively

Role Details
