Senior ERP Specialist (SAP ECC/S/4HANA)

We're currently recruiting for a Senior ERP Specialist to join a leading global company within the beverage manufacturing industry.

This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the key ERP advisor, owning and driving the reliability, evolution, and future roadmap of a complex SAP environment that supports critical business operations across supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, production, finance, and commercial functions.

You'll play a pivotal role in ERP transformation initiatives, helping shape the move from SAP ECC towards SAP S/4HANA while ensuring day-to-day operational stability and business continuity.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and governing SAP ECC and related ERP solutions
• Leading ERP projects, system improvements, migrations, and transformation initiatives
• Translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, global product teams, and external vendors
• Driving process standardisation, simplification, and continuous improvement
• Supporting SAP S/4HANA programmes and future ERP strategy
• Managing ERP incidents, changes, integrations, and service delivery performance

What we're looking for:

• 7-10+ years of SAP ERP/ECC experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD, MM, LE, FI/CO and end-to-end business processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA programmes, ERP migrations, or transformation projects
• Experience owning ERP solutions and leading projects/workstreams
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations, security, and service management
• Experience working with external vendors and delivery partners
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English; Dutch is advantageous
