Senior Engineer (EUC) - VA

The Role

As a Senior Engineer (EUC), you will be a technical expert responsible for delivering engineering excellence across one or more technology domains, providing deep technical insight.

Day-to-day, you'll lead the design, implementation, and support of complex technology solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their development and integration into the team
• Performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-impact technical issues
• Taking ownership of technical deliverables and alignment with architectural and strategic standards
• Contributing to technology roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining high-quality documentation and knowledge repositories to support operations excellence
• Providing expertise in End User Computing

Essential experience of the Senior Engineer (EUC)

• Strong previous experience in designing and supporting VDI solutions using Citrix Virtual Apps
• The ability to integrate VDI platforms with identity services, conditional access policies, and secure remote access solutions
• Previous experience automating software packaging, compliance enforcement, and telemetry-based remediation workflows
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security controls including BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, Application Control, and Data Loss Prevention
• Previous experience with enterprise-wide device strategy across desktop, laptop, mobile and AV technologies
• Previous experience technically leading a team

Essential qualifications for the Senior Engineer (EUC)

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience

This role is 37 hours per week based at any of our main UK locations. Shift patterns are between 07:30 - 18:30. You will be required to participate in an on call rota.
