Senior Engagement Project Manager - Global SaaS

Employment Type: 12 month contract (strong chance of extension or perm)

We're looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex ServiceNow delivery projects end-to-end - on time, on budget, and with maximum customer value.
You'll be the driving force behind governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that every engagement delivers the outcomes our customers expect.

What You'll Do
Lead Project Delivery: Own and drive large-scale ServiceNow engagements, often in partnership with leading service providers.
Governance & Control: Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resourcing, reporting, and financials from start to finish.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, partners, and customer teams to understand business goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Methodology Expertise: Apply ServiceNow's NowCreate methodology and best practices to ensure delivery success and long-term customer adoption.
Team Leadership: Assemble and lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring clarity of tasks and accountability for results.
Problem-Solving: Identify deviations from plan, propose corrective actions, and drive resolution.
Mentorship: Guide partner or internal team members to ensure delivery quality and knowledge transfer.

What You'll Bring
Proven ServiceNow Delivery Experience:
o Track record leading multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
o Solid understanding of the platform's workflows and capabilities.
Professional Services Background:
8+ years in delivery leadership roles (Engagement Manager, Technical Project Manager, or equivalent).
Business Transformation Expertise:
Experience managing workflow and process transformation projects.
Client-Facing Leadership:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Delivery Discipline:
Skilled at managing budgets, risks, and dependencies in complex programmes.
AI & Automation Mindset:
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve processes and decision-making.
